The Relik's Mixed Paella needs to be ordered a day in advance.  Just a bite from this sent me a blissful spike of happiness with its rich tomato sauce covered paella and generous toppings.  It didn't have any socarrat at the bottom as we were able to sweep this pan clean easily.  Although it was advise for 8-10 persons, we felt wanting for more even though there were only six of us.

♥ Crispy Tilapia with Thai-Resa Sauce and Green Mango Salad Whole (200 php)

The Crispy Tilapia with Thai-Resa Sauce and Green Mango Salad is my personal favorite among all the selections we tried.  Seriously, I never thought that tilapia could be this good.  The little tilapia cubes were perfectly crunchy on the outside and tender in between.  With the Special Thai-Resa sauce on it, it is good with or without the think green mango slices.

Beef Green Curry (180 php)

The Beef Green Curry is one of the mildest curry dishes I've tried perhaps to appreciate the other ingredients aside from the curry flavor.  The eggplant was sweet and blends well with the tender beef bits.   

Tom Yum Goong (130 php)

The  Tom Yum Goong is a clear Thai soup with coconut milk, galangal, lemon grass, cilantro, tomatoes, onions and generous servings of large prawns.  This is dominantly sour with a hint of the mixed spices.  It somehow felt lacking in flavor or perhaps its because I miss the spiciness that could bring balance to it.

Amazing Fried Rice

Bagoong Fried Rice (150 php)

When the Bagoong Fried Rice arrived, we were all surprised at how jumbo-sized their cup of rice is.  The Bagoong Fried Rice came with slices green mangoes, scrambled egg and sweet chicken.  The bagoong was a sweeter than usual which suggests that it was adjusted to the Filipino preference.  I also felt that the toppings were not equally proportioned with the bagoong rice.  Nevertheless, this is a fried rice with its own twist is pretty good.  

Crabmeat Fried Rice (180 php)

We were not aware at how generous their serving size is so we ordered two kinds of fried rice.   The Crabmeat Fried Rice came in a huge mountainous form.  This could serve around 3-4 people.  It had tiny toasted bits of crabmeat embodying a natural sweet taste.  This is a good accompaniment to any viand.  

Noodles

♥ Pad Thai (150 php)

Among our orders the Pad Thai fell a bit below my expectations since I didn't find it saucy enough which led to the lack of taste.  However, fret not since you according to the owners/chefs, you can always request the food to be tweaked into your preference.  But, I did enjoy the balance of textures between the soft scrambled egg, crunchy beans sprouts and smooth and chewy noodles.

Thai Iced Tea (60 php)

Their Thai Iced Tea is naturally brewed with milk and sugar.  I think I'll order this each time I visit Thai Resa.

Its great that Thai Resa now offers Thai Cuisine for everyone.  If you're craving for Thai food, you can visit and be satisfied without hurting your budget.  It is also a good introduction to those who have not delved into Thai cuisine.  I'd suggest you come in groups since their normal serving size is already good for sharing.  Whenever we dine, many would remark that we at The Foodies Circle had a healthy appetite but this is one of the rare occasions where we failed to wipe the platters clean.

♥ Nutella Mousse Cake (575 php/6", 875 php/8")

We goit to try the Nutella Mousse Cake in sampler size at the Rockwell's 2nd Ultimate Taste Test.  It has the same melts in your mouth sensation like The Ultimate but it delivers a unique twist with the Nutella.  The exquisite taste with just the right amount of sweetness won me over.  

♥Belgian Chocolate Chip Cookie (195 php /6's, 310 php/10's,  300 php/bitesized)

The Belgian Chocolate Chip Cookie is a soft and chewy with large chunks of rich Belgian chocolate.  I love the perfect texture of their cookies because they aren't purely soft, the crust has a slight crisp to too.  It has a manageable extent of sweetness which is attributed to the chunk of rich chocolate.

Nutella Cookies (195 php/6's,310 php/10's,300 php/bitesized) and  ♥Always Sold-Out Cream Cheese Brownies (225 php/6's,285 php/8's)

The Nutella Cookies are soft and chewy nutella cookies with chocolate chip.  This had a sweeter blend compared to the Belgian Chocolate Chip Cookie.

Blue Toque should keep it up by making more delightful sweet treats that will surely entice dessert lovers like us.  It's great that they offer a wide variety so people can have their own favorites according to their preference.

Whiskey Glaze and Frizzled Onions (249 php)

The Whiskey Glaze and Frizzled Onions  is premium Angus beef steak seasoned with whiskey glaze served with frizzled onions, texas toast, steamed veggies and honkey tonk rice.  The Whickey glaze gave a light sweet and aromatic flavor that complements the steak well.  You have to eat this fast to appreciate it thought because it isn't served in a hot plate.  It's our first time to try the honkey tonkey rice and it was great with the steak.

Chubby's Rib Shack has great meaty options and you can also order old time favorites from Buffalo's Wings and Things.  Their Riblets Basket are a must try!  Their steak meals are so affordable too.  We'll probably try their other variants when in the area.

I've tried veel cheeks before but never in ravioli form so I was eager to try this.  I liked it but it was difficult to finish because of the strong taste.

♥ Slow-Roasted Beef Belly (395 php)

The  Slow-Roasted Beef Belly is so soft, it almost melts in your mouth and exploding with flavor.  This is one fine meaty dish to order.  This is my recommendation among the Mains.
