Chef Resty's Roast Beef Carving Station at Mercato Centrale

One of my favorites in Mercato Centrale (see previous post) is Chef Resty's Roast Beef Carving Station.  As the name implies, they mainly sell Roast Beef with your choice of side dish(es).

I always enjoy watching my order being carved on the spot from the large chunk of roast beef.  You can view from there that their beef is so soft and juicy.

♥ Roast Beef Rice (120 php)

The Roast Beef Rice is tender roast beef in flavorful gravy with rice.  The roast beef is delicious and tender.
