Bibingkinitan: Freshly Baked Mini Bibingka and Barako Coffee

Bibingkinitan is a multi-awarded franchise chain with over 200 branches and is still continuously growing.  It is present in almost every mall and yet it is only now that I have allowed myself to be allured by the fresh smell of baked bibingka.

The Bibingkinitan are so affordably priced at 20 php.  Upon opening the box of hot Bibingkinitan, I could smell the melting butter together with the baked scent.  Upon biting, I was impressed that it was very tasty, moist and fluffy.  This is the best bibingka I've tasted cooked elecronically.  But, I still prefer them being cooked in the traditional way because it gives off a distinct smokey flavor.

Iced Barako (45 php)

The Iced Barako was way too milky and sweet for my taste.  It's quite a misconception for the term "barako" in the product which people normally take as strong coffee.  I hope they will cater to adjustments of this in the future.  I'd certainly want to reduce the sugar and milk in it.


Tsinoy Foodies Verdict
Bibingkinitan offers great tasting bibingkinitans at an unbeatable price.  I would definitely settle for this anytime because its so convenient to buy.  However, the Iced Barako needs improvement.
