Sweet Bella Cafe: A Place for Sweetness and Comfort

I got the chance to dine at Sweet Bella Cafe located at Burgos Circle in Bonifacio Global City courtesy of CordLife event.  Upon seeing the sign Sweet Bella Cafe with a cute pink butterfly, I had the impression it will have some sweets and desserts.  

As I entered, I saw a bakeshop or deli set up.  There were cakes that looked delightful!  

What drew my attention was a display of their Chocolata.  It had a caption beneath that says "Voted Best Dessert."  

They also had many flavors of macaroons.  

I also noticed that they also sell pastries.  

As we went up to the second floor, we instantly felt the comforts of its poshy ambiance.  The interiors gave a cozy feel.  It had a paintings hanged on its walls and pink couches with matching pink throw pillows.  

I find it cute that even their napkins are pink.

Food

Liverwurst Pate with Toasted Baguette Slices (can't find this on the menu)

For starters, we were served some Liverwust Pate with Toasted Baguette Slices.  I enjoyed it!  I love Liverwurst Pate.  In fact, liverwurst pate sandwich is my favorite breakfast meals.  


Sandwiches

♥ Grilled Veggie Sandwich (250 php)

The Grilled Veggie Sandwich is delicious.  In between those soft brioche bread are freshly sliced tomatoes, eggplant and zucchini with some pine nuts, ricotta cheese and olives.  This sandwich is surprisingly very tasty.  I love it!

Salad

Classic Caesar Salad (250 php)

Sweet Bella Cafe's Classic Caesar Salad is pretty generous with ingredients.  It has the freshest romaine mesclum, cherry tomatoes and grapes.   It was also topped with caramelized walnuts, feta cheese and Parmesan cheese.  Instead of croutons, they have the crunchy twisted stick.  (sorry if you thought that is "isaw" or chicken intestine)

Pasta

♥ Farfalle Creamy Pesto (365 php)

The Farfalle Creamy Pesto had generous amounts of oyster mushroom and bacon in creamy pesto sauce.  I actually enjoyed this though the price is a bit steep.

Brick Oven Pizza

Seafood Pizza (395 php)

The Seafood Pizza is a thin and crispy brick oven baked pizza with shrimps, spinach, mozzarella and white sauce.  

Dessert

Mangofeteria (275 php)

The Mangofeteria is a cheesecake with graham crust curtained with thin slices of mango.  It is a light and refreshing dessert.

♥ Trio (295 php)

The Trio has three layers covered in rich chocolate.  It has coffee mousse, dark chocolate mousse and white chocolate mousse.  I like the blending of the three.  The coffee mousse was a great contrast to the sweetness of the white chocolate mousse.  It also has a nice smooth texture.

Tsinoy Foodies Verdict
Sweet Bella Cafe is a posh and cozy place to hang out with friends.  The food is served with generous amounts of fresh ingredients.  The desserts are delicious!  The serving sizes are good for sharing.  The service is great.  The waiter was very attentive to our needs.
