Secret Recipe Robinson's Midtown has a casual yet cozy ambiance. It's a place where people can stop by for their meals. Shoppers also tend to hang out just for drinks and dessert.

The Grilled Black Pepper Chicken is a quarter chicken served with heavily peppered gravy. The sauce is not bad but I found the chicken a bit too dry.

The Roasted Chicken with Tumeric Sauce is very delicious! It was roasted chicken with a rich tumeric sauce. The soft, tender and juicy chicken complemented by a herb-y sauce is perfect! This is one of the best meals for that night.

The Mozzarella Baked Fish was the last to be served among all the orders. We were almost finished with our meals when it arrived. One of my companions joked that the fish must have gone out of stock so they had to run and buy it. On the other hand, I was assuming that the Mozzarella Baked Fish takes so long to prepare because it was special. Well, the Mozzarella Baked Fish is actually baked dory fish with a few seasonings topped with melted mozzarella. It was also garnished with some cherry tomatoes. This dish did not leave any impact upon us.

Secret Recipe's Irish Lamb Shank is their award winning dish. Of course, we were very eager to try it out! To tell you honestly, I've had a lot of bad experiences with lamb. I've dealt with a lot of bad odors and gamey taste even to the point that it made me feel sick. I am very pleased that Secret Recipe's Irish Lamb Shank erased all the bitter memories away. It is the best lamb I have ever tried! It smelled and tasted great. It was also juicy and tender that the meat was falling off the bone.

Having tried all the Secret Recipe Fresh Cream Cakes, the White Chocolate Macadamia wins my vote as the best among them all! The White Chocolate Macadamia leaves a light yet fulfilling sensation. You should try it!

The Chocolate Indulgence is a blend of chocolate, mocha and cream. It is my second bet when it comes to Secret Recipe Fresh Cream Cakes.
Update as of December 22, 2019: Not too long after Secret Recipe adjusted its prices, it still didn't gain much popularity and announced its closure.
Secret Recipe offers delicious and quality international meals. Price may be a bit more than usual. But, we think that's rational since it is serving unique international dishes. Its Irish Lamb Shank is certainly worth the try! I also highly recommend its cakes. I'm glad they dropped its cake prices to 900 php. A few years back, it was at 1,200++ php.
