Symphony of Flavors Bakeshop: Leche Flan Cheesecake

When my mom got home after her shopping spree she was so excited as she called me down for an afternoon snack.  A beautiful box with white "Symphony of Flavors Bakeshop" label was laid on our table.  

I asked what is it but my mom was just giving me her usual it's-a-surprise grin.  Knowing that it's usually a good sign, I excitedly opened the box myself.  I saw an oblong container with a cover.  Of course, I was still clueless.  It looked like an ordinary Leche Flan to me.  As opened the transparent plastic lid, my mom said "Tada!". That's when it all made sense.  I noticed that there was a Leche Flan on the top layer but the bottom part is something else.

We all ate the Leche Flan Cheesecake with glee.  The leche flan layer melts in your mouth covering your mouth with sweet bliss.  While, the cheesecake neutralized the sweetness of the leche flan.  The texture of the cheesecake is light and not too thick.  So, overall this gives a wonderful and not too overwhelming sensation in every bite.  This is a must try!
