Bo's Coffee: New Biscotti Amaretto

I remember the first time, we stepped in a Bo's Coffee SM Mall of Asia.  We, Tsinoy Foodies, actually thought it was an international branch.  The interiors and offerings are world class.  We were surprised when the friendly staff informed us that it is a local company.  It was established by Mr. Benitez in Cebu with a six table kiosk and naming it after the person who thought him all about coffee in abroad.  It's been more than a decade since our discovery and now Bo's Coffee is on its 6th year and has just opened its 56th store in Nuvali.  

Biscotti Amaretto 

Last week, I got  chance to drop by at Bo's Coffee SM North Branch and try their new Biscotti Amaretto.  It's Bo's coffee with amaretto syrup topped with whip cream and biscotti bits.  Who could resist the fragrant and sweet taste of amaretto right?  It was delicious!  But, I still prefer my old time favorite.

Chocolate Cake

To pair with the Biscotti Amaretto, I had the Chocolate Cake.   It was moist and the sweetness is just right.
