We, Tsinoy Foodies, love food expos. It's a great chance to discover new snacks and franchise opportunities. With the Philippine International Food & Beverage Expo (PIFBEX) and Horeca joining together this 2012 at PICC forum 1-3, we surely can't let it pass. It is currently on-going from March 1-4, 2012.
Everything was well organized and the hall ways are wide so Kurt and I enjoyed our stroll.

iBread |
There were some familiar concessionaires like iBread. We sometimes buy our bread from their store.
There were a lot of franchising opportunities to choose from. I noticed that all of them are have an affordable franchise fee of 100,000 php and below.
There are some interesting imported products.
Majority of the product sold are local products.

InJoy |
We got to FREE taste the Taro Milk Tea and Caramel Milk Tea of InJoy. It was pretty good and sold at an affordable price too. Too bad everyone at home is too lazy that they would rather buy a finished product. We have bought similar products at every expo and they all end up unused and trashed when they are expired and as solid as a rock. =p

WOW Crackers |
For pasalubong I bought Seeweed flavored WOW Crackers sold at an affordable price of 50 php and the Puto Seko (40 php) of Soyami which I always buy whenever I see.
 |
Bikkuri Ramen Challenge |
The Bikkuri Ramen Challenge which we always pass by at Hobbies of Asia is also there too. They were inviting people to take on their challenge.
For professionals and food establishments, there are also a lot of suppliers for kitchen equipments.
We also got to witness the awarding of the winners for the Home Cooking Da Best Adobo Series.
So food lovers don't miss out the chance to visit. =)
