Easy 5-Minute Teriyaki Boneless Bangus Recipe
Recently, I discovered this very easy recipe inspired by Sarangani Bay's Boneless Milk Fish.
I used Sarangani Bay's Boneless Milk Fish because it is very easy to purchase as it is available in leading supermarkets.
This Teriyaki Boneless Bangus Dish has only two components:
(1) Golden Fried Bangus/Milk Fish- just fry on both sides until golden brown and garnish with fresh green onions and sesame seeds.
(2) Teriyaki Sauce - involves a 3-step process:
(a) Combine in a saucepan over medium heat for 1 minute:
(i) 1 cup water
(ii) 1/4 cup soy sauce
(iii) 5 teaspoons of brown sugar or honey
(iv) 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
(v) 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder in a saucepan over medium heat
(b) Dissolve 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in 1/4 cup of cold water
(c) Mix (a) and (b) together in a sauce pan and heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
Serve while hot and crispy! Enjoy!
You can choose between Sarangani Bay's Boneless Milkfish that is Marinated or Unseasoned depending on your preferrence.

In a household with no maids, it has always been our strategy to stock up as much easy to cook frozen goods as we can. And, one of family favorites is Sarangani Bay Prime Bangus which you can buy at most supermarkets in the Metro.
There's no denying that there are many times when everyone is just to dead tired after a busy day off and we'd just prefer an easy to cook meal. During those times, which are quite common, we'd jut head over the freezer and scout for the food options we could find. Sarangani Bay Prime Bangus is our usual choice because they have so many variants.
And, its very healthy. Other than canned tuna, salmon and sardines, I don't think you can have an easier meal packed with Omega 3 other than this.
You can cook them in various ways. It just depends on what you prefer and what's convenient. We cooked this Spicy Marinated Baby Milk Fish by simply popping in the toasted oven and tada the meal is ready!
My personal favorite is the Boneless Milk Fish Smoked.
It looks just its grilled but we just bake our Boneless Milk Fish Smoked. My pairing suggestion is with salted egg and tomatoes.
For us yuppies, we like the marinated. But, if you want your own dip you can choose the unseasoned one.
We cook our Sarangani Bay Boneless Milkfish Marinated and Unseasoned by using Happycall non-stick double pan. We just put minimal oil so it's a bit healthy yet fried with the toasted parts.
And that my friends is how we survive our busy lives all thanks to our healthy family favorite Sarangani Bay Prime Bangus.
