The place was packed but they had a quick turnover because of their good service.

Famous Penang Char Kway Teow (245 php) |
The Famous Penang Char Kway Teow is fried rice noodle strips with prawns, egg, bean sprouts, deshelled cockles (seawater clams) and Chinese sausage. I've tried a lot of version of char kway teow and I must say this is one of the best! It was very rich in flavor.
Chicken Noodle Soup (220 php) |
The Chicken Noodle Soup is served with toasted garlic, green onions, chicken strips and fish balls. This is similar to the Chinese chicken mami but has bolder chicken broth.

Penang Ice Kacang with Ice Cream (110 php) |
Being a fan of ice kacang, we were quite excited for the Penang Ice Kacang with Ice Cream. We didn't even mind if we got late for our movie. But when it came, it wasn't as extravaggant as we'd hope. Tsinoy Foodies Verdict
As there aren't much Malaysian restaurants in Manila, Old Penang RS Restaurant is a great way to start with. Their pricing is definitely street or hawker price but compare to other restaurants in Newport Mall, this is already reasonable. The food quality and service is worth paying for.
