PB Co. Peanut Butter Company: Extraordinary Peanut Butter Meals

One of our kitchen cupboard essential includes peanut butter.  My family has always been a fan of peanut butter so when we passed by PB Co. Peanut Butter Company at Mall of Asia, we were all ecstatic to try it out.  

PB Co. Peanut Butter Company displays a nice clean ambiance with its white minimalist theme.  It has a simple counter for the implementation of its pay as you order system.  The menu is displayed atop the cashier area.  Because of the limited space, the area is ideal for small groups.

All-Time Favorites

♥ PB Burger Sandwich (185 php)

The PB Burger Sandwich  is the usual burger with PB Co.  Sesame Peanut Butter instead of plain mayonnaise. It was amazingly delicious!  The roasted taste of sesame was a perfect complement to the beef patty.  The slight crunchiness from the sesame made it even more enjoyable to eat.

Elvis, The King Sandwich Whole (155 php)

Their sandwiches had a nice presentation.  The Elvis, The King Sandwich is toasted bread filled with PB Co. Crunchy Peanut Butter, bacon and banana slices.  The great mix of texture and flavors of this sandwich made this an interesting treat.

♥ Chili Fried Chicken Sandwich Half (105 php)

The Chili Fried Chicken Sandwich is toasted sandwich filled with fried chicken bits, corn, lettuce, tomatoes and PB Co. Chili Peanut Butter.   This sandwich had the right spicy kick to tickle the taste buds as well as complement the rest of the ingredients.


Rice Meals

Burger ala Pobre n' Rice (165 php)

The Burger ala Pobre n' Rice is beef burger patty topped with garlic cream sauce and PB Co. Creamy Peanut Butter.  It is served with a tomato, cucumber and rice.  The garlic cream sauce was good but I'd prefer the PB Burger Sandwich over this any time.

Chicken Curry n' Rice (165 php)

The  Chicken Curry n' Rice is chicken, potatoes and mushroom bits in PB Co. Curry Peanut Butter sauce.  The curry was nothing extraordinary.  There is also a disproportionality between the viand and the rice.

Pasta

Fish Diablo Pasta (185 php)

The Fish Diablo Pasta is spaghetti topped with dory fillet, sweet spicy sauce and PB Co. Chili Peanut Butter.  I loved the perfect blend of sweet and spicy in this pasta.  The amount of peanut butter is perfect too.  I was surprised that I could taste the PB Co. Chili Peanut Butter and the heavy sticky peanut butter texture was not overwhelming.


♥ Classic Spaghetti (135 php)


The Classic Spaghetti is the usual spaghetti with PB Co. Sun Dried Tomato Peanut Butter.  I really enjoyed this because of the sun dried tomato chunks together with creamy and meaty sauce.  This is one of the best spaghetti's I've have ever tried!   


Specials

Box of Chips (65 php)

The Box of Chips was served warm.  It was perfectly cooked with a crunchy coating and soft mushy potato on the inside.  

PB. Co Peanut Butter

We were so happy with their dishes that we bought a jar of the PB Co. Cardamon  Peanut Butter (140 php) to try.  It had a taste of Indian spice with a tinge of ginger taste.  It is so good that I often eat it out of the jar.

PB Co. Peanut Butter Company is a one of a kind restaurant that offers innovative meals that will please even those who are not peanut butter fans.  Although the choices are limited, their offerings are really comforting that you'd want to try it out again.
