Bumble Tea Place: Oolong Milk Tea

Yes! This is yet another one of my milk tea posts.  With so many of them sprouting about, I assure you that you'll see more of these posts in the future.  So moving on, my latest quest leads me to try Bumble Tea Place at Midnight Mercato. 

Choosing what to order is very difficult because Bumble Tea Place had a lot to offer.  But since I wanted to try something new, I opted for the Roasted Oolong.  

Roasted Oolong Milk Tea (85 php)

Oolong Tea is the default service tea in Chinese Restaurants.  But, I've never had one as milk tea before.  So, how did the  Roasted Oolong Milk Tea taste like?  Upon first sip, I was instantly able to distinguish the taste.  It taste exactly as the service tea in Chinese restaurants except with some milkiness and sweetness!  Fellow Tsinoy Foodie Kurt wondered why I picked it in the first place.  Well, I was just curious about two things.  First, whether they could make Oolong Tea interesting enough to drink cold and secondly, if they served brewed tea.  I thereby conclude that Oolong Tea is best served warm still and that Bumble Tea Place uses brewed tea for their milk tea selections. 

Tsinoy Foodies Verdict
Bumble Tea Place has a lot of interesting milk tea selections.  I feel intimidated to try and check out more of their offerings.  The price is just right.
