Malcolm's Burger: Malcolm's Classic Wagyu Burger

A few weeks ago, we read fellow foodie blogs raving about Malcolm's Burger and they also announced that there will be Buy 1 Take 1 on February 6, 2012 which marks its first anniversary.

We, Tsinoy Foodies, have never tried Malcolm's Burger before so we decided to try them out.  We were surprised at the long line when we arrived at around 6 pm.  I know the usual reaction is not to buy anymore right?  But, in our case, we assumed that the long line meant that the burgers Malcolm's sold must be worth the wait.  While Kurt was at the very end of the line, I went in and the management assured me that they still have enough burger.  I'm glad that Malcolm's Burger was prepared for their promo.  

It took us around an hour and half in line before we finally got to glance upon Malcolm's Burger counter.  We ordered for ourselves and some take home for our families.

Malcolm's Classic Wagyu Burger is simply Malcolm's wagyu burger patty with basic garnishes such as lettuce, tomatoes and onions tucked in between the buns.  The wagyu patty was juicy and tender.  The taste was also good.  It is one of the best wagyu Burger in the country sourcing its wagyu beef locally.   Based on our experience, its best to eat the burger once served to enjoy it warm, tender and juicy.


Tsinoy Foodies Verdict
Malcolm's Burger offers the most affordable wagyu burgers in the country.  The taste and texture is as competitive as its more pricey counterparts.
