A lot of friends have been raving for the longest time about Bizu Patisserie's Macaron de Paris. I've tried some of the dishes and desserts at Bizu Patisserie and Bistro (see previous entry), but we were so stuffed that we missed the Macaron de Paris. So when my I invited my sister to watch the Dark Shadows (see separate entry) at Glorietta 4, we grabbed the chance to try some of Bizu Patisserie's Macaron e Paris as soon as we saw their stall by Glorietta 4 Food Choices.
There were a lot of options so we found it difficult to decide. Although we asked for their best sellers, we didn't choose any of them.

Being a fan of flower flavorings, I chose the Macaron de Paris Rose. It is was light and bite-size with the most perfect form. It has a very smooth shell with a soft meringue center. It had a mild fragrant rose taste. The sweetness was not overwhelming.
♥ Macaron de Paris Mint (45 php)
My little sister had the Macaron de Paris Mint which is had a delicious chocolate mint filling in between.
Bizu Patisserie's Macaron de Paris are worthy of their fame. I'm now a fan! The price is reasonable and they offer it in a very presentable packaging that makes it a great gift item too.
