I've ordered the Caesar Salad several times during our stay. Served in its classic rendition, it features fresh, crisp lettuce generously sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and topped with crunchy croutons, bacon bits, and runny poached egg.

It was initially a bit salty upon first serving so I had to have it adjusted.
