Wolfgang's Steakhouse only serves USDA Prime rating steaks regardless of the cut. It is said that only 2% of the beef in the US market attain a USDA Prime rating so you can't go wrong whichever cut you choose. But, for some reason, we prefer the leaner porter house.
For a wholesome steak experience, we also ordered a bottle of Chateau Lamartine.
