Before I even got on the plane to Davao, I already placed on my must do list to try Durian Ice Cream in Davao. I was so happy when I saw the Green Tea Doriyaki with one scoop of Durian Ice Cream and one scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream. For a green tea lover though, I felt that the green tea flavor was too light so it was being overpowered by the ice cream. I loved the Durian Ice Cream so much that I had more than one serving of this!

I really enjoyed the entire meal at Waterfront Insular Davao. Everything was awesome! I loved the idea of a Japanese-inspired menu. It fit both the taste preference of all of us (Davaeño's and Manileño's).
