After our Crocodile Tour at Irawan Crocodile Farm and Nature Park in Puerto Princesa, we were so happy viewing the crocodiles that we wanted to eat one! Just kidding! We were really hungry (as we were always hungry) so we went to Jams Canteen for merienda.
It's a simple canteen that you by the ticketing area and souvenir shop so you can't miss it.
The menu is plastered on the wall. As we sat, a lady approached us and took our order.

We only had one order in mind and that was the Crocodile Sisig. It was served in a crocodile designed sizzling platter.

Compared to the usual pork
sisig, this is leaner. It's similar to chicken really. But, a bit rougher in terms of texture. I'll probably try more
crocodile dishes in the future.
