Globe Platinum's Newest Ambassador Chef JP Anglo and Special Menu at Kafe Batwan

One of the young Chefs, I admire most is Chef JP Anglo.  When I first met him in Sarsa for his Mood Food Recipes cookbook, I can't help but be moved by his humility, discipline and passion.  So when I heard that he will be the new Globe Platinum Ambassador, I have to agree that he deserves it.  

When we see Chef JP Anglo, we all think that this young chef is so lucky. 

But, as Chef JP Anglo shares, like many, he also had many trials and failure to overcome.  In fact, he was a freshmen 3 times.  And, starting out no one wanted to invest in him.  But, it was finally ties that saved him.  His sister and brother-in-law believed in him.  His sister not only supported him as a.chef but also advised him to go to business school to learn and more importantly, gain connections. 

Chef JP Anglo shares that he likes to travel as part of relaxation and try more dishes.  Every time he goes back from surfing, he comes back with a new dish idea.  And while he is away, he still keeps in touch with his staff.  Because Globe Platinum lifestyle plans allows him to do so with unlimited calls and text to any network, a roaming allocation and more.  On a personal.aspect, Globe Platinum also let's him be connected with his family in Bacolod.
