Lutong Macau is one of my families favorite take out places for Chinese food. It is located along Jupiter St. in Makati City.
Macau is a place in Hongkong where my father-side ancestry originate. Thus, its no surprise that we enjoy Lutong Macau's dishes. But, sometimes I wonder if the name pertains to the Filipino term "Lutong Macau" that means that something is already prepared in advance.

The ambiance in Lutong Macau is typical for a casual dining Hongkong restaurant. It has an open kitchen where you can view your food being prepared. You can also see the cold cuts hanged by the glass window.

The Fried Crispy Frog Legs is a family favorite. The garlicky taste complimented the frog legs well. It was very crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside. I love this!

I loved their Mango Snow Balls (Mango Lomichi). It was soft and chewy and the mango filling is delicious!
Tsinoy Foodies Verdict
Lutong Macau offers delicious Chinese dishes in generous proportions. It's great for group dining. The crowd is a great indicator of its food quality. The place is usually packed. They have a large parking area but it is often full.
