My family has taught me that life is all about giving and sharing. And, I would attribute my happiness and success because of such lesson. I'm so glad Stoned Steaks is also established based on that concept.
The owners Dick and Mars Balajadia said that they wanted to make a steak experience that's affordable, fun and good for sharing.
This is just an addition to the spouses' many business ventures such as: Savour Manila Food Park, Diore Salon, Mir Wellness Spa, Mines View Park Hotel, 55 Events Place and The 3rd Fitness Lab.
Food
You wouldn't mind the wait because they serve a really good Complimentary Bread Basket.
Starters
For an affordable, I also recommend having its Soup of the Day for a more wholesome experience.
Steak Angus
You can choose two sauces per steak. I love the bleu cheese and mushroom the most!
Pasta
Surf and Turf
Aside from its steaks, they offer fresh seafood too!
Sides
Tsinoy Foodies Verdict
Stoned Steaks will definitely satisfy your steak craving. The food quality including preparation is worth every peso. They also have promos like Steak All You Can and Half Off on Thursdays!

♥ Oyster Rockefeller (260 php) |
You definitely can't miss the Oyster Rockefeller! I'd even order this twice if our mains didn't come any sooner.
Truffle Parmesan Fries (190 php) |
The Truffle Parmesan Fries had lots of parmesan but I could hardly taste the truffle.
Steak Angus
♥ Wagyu Ribeye Grade 4 (2,950 php) |
Just look at their Wagyu Ribeye Grade 4! I'm very satisfied with their quality! They also have 28 dry aged wagyu steak at grade 6. I'd try that on an occasion perhaps.

Cause we Filipinos love rice, you can have some Steak Fried Rice as well.

But, for some odd reason, I liked the Kimchi Fried Rice and Wagyu steak combo more.

Oh My Chimaek: Chicken and Beer in front of ABS-CBN ELJ Tower (Quezon City)
Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
It has been months since I opted to work in Quezon City. And, I have not adjusted to the long travel. Some nights, I just feel like I wanted to chill first so I passed by Oh My Chimaek.
I think one thing that is hindering this place from being popular is the confusing name. As you can see the signage says, Oh My Bar and Grill.
But once I got up, it says Oh My Chicken and Beer. But, their social media account says Oh My Chimaek.
So anyway, it has a very cozy vibe.
Food
When I chill, I eat so let's get on with the food.
Appetizers
The Cheesy Bacon Roll is an innovative take of bacon omelette with wraps.
I prefer the Beef Crunch Wrap more.
If you want to take your time or have some finger food for sharing, I recommend the Kimchi Nachos. I'd prefer this with more kimchi though.
Chicken
As their name Oh My Chimaek implies, their specialty is Korean Fried Chicken. The Gangjang Chicken is addictively good! They soy sesame blend is right on the Filipino palette. The skin is crisp to perfection. And, the chicken meat is moist and succulent too.
The Yangyeom Chicken with mild spiciness is so good too!
Tsinoy Foodies Verdict
You'll definitely say Oh My Chimaek once you try their chicken (best with their flavoured beer!). A bit pricey but good for sharing!

A home-grown Filipino concept from Baguio City, Don Henrico's Pizza, Pasta and More has been around for more than two decades with various branches within Metro Manila and Baguio City.
To be honest, I can barely recall the last time I dined at Don Henrico's. I vaguely remember it was a family celebration where we availed of its Eat All You Can Promo.
So it is a good time to revisit and check them out again!
Food
Appetizers
Starting with the cheesy and gooey Petite Mozzarella Sticks.
Paired with their Marinara Sauce, the Petite Mozzarella Sticks is perfect!
Salad
The Chili Garlic Shrimp Pasta in Olive Oil is my favorite among their pasta. The generous toppings plus garlicky oil-bsed sauce is really captivating.
I'm usually in favor of tomato-based pasta because I like its tanginess. The Tutto De Mare Pasta's blend is a balance between sweet and tangy.
The Crab Fetuccini is quite interesting. Filipinos love crab fat! And, this is one delicious treat for us!
Pizza
The Four Cheese Pizza is the best choice for cheese lovers. It's very rich in cheese flavor but not too salty because of their delectable bechamel sauce.
The Seafood Romano Pizza is like the pizza counterpart of the Chili Garlic Shrimp Pasta in Olive Oil. If I had to pick just one, I'd prefer the latter.
I don't know why but the Supreme Pizza is my last choice for pizza...
Surprisingly, this healthy looking Bacon Cheeseburger is what wowed me! Their Filipino-style soft dough bread-like crust goes really well with the bacon, ground beef patty and veggies.
Don Henrico's offers sharing portions for an affordable price. It's definitely a better choice than fast food joints. Between ala carte and their Eat All You Can Promo, perhaps I'd avail the promo.

Last month, I was invited to partake on the Grand Opening Celebration of Elements Hall at Rallos. I was expecting it to be just another food park but happy to find it was not!
Although I visit food parks, don't visit them during the day because of the heat and humidity of our summers. So I was happy to see that Elements Hall at Rallos is a building full of food joints.
Think of it as an air-conditioned mall but purely for food! The second floor has standalone restaurants like the Red Pineapple and Twa Pak To and a food court called Picnic Grounds.
Red Pineapple
The Red Pineapple serves dimsum treats at affordable price. I highly recommend their Taipao.
Twa Pak To
Another Chinese food choice is Twa Pak To. I will surely try it if I have a chance to pass by Elements again.
Picnic Grounds
Clucky's
Fun fact! Coincidentally, I have encountered Clucky's 6 years before. That was a long time ago when my sister used to have study medicine and work at Medical City as part of her curriculum. Now, my sister is already a doctor. We loved Clucky's so I'm so glad that Clucky's has made a comeback after all these years.
Pair their chicken and Kimchi Rice and you'll surely enjoy it!
Gelato Lab
Yearning for gelato as a refreshing treat or post-meal dessert? Gelato Lab is your next stop.
They have take out pints.
Or, in scoops.
18 Days Coffee Roaster
Looking for quality coffee? 18 Day Coffee Roasters will exceed your expectations with their wide-range of locally-sourced coffee beans.
Bibi-Waf
Bibi-Waf has a creative take on its savory and dessert waffles.
Ground Floor
Nina's Sweet Delicacies
Coming all the way from Bulacan is Nina's Sweet Delicacies. It is a sister-company of Eurobake. According to the staffs, Nina's is actually the name of their daughter.
They offer free taste of their famous Inipit.
Actually, the Inipit is a new discovery for me. This is what Bulacan is famed for. It's a light chiffon sandwich with a sweet and creamy custard in between.
Eurobake is also famous for their Malolos Ensaymada. I have now marked this as a perfect potluck contribution.
There are more shops in store so check Elements Hall at Rallos soon.
